-start telling yourself that you’re cute/hot/beautiful/sexy: choose an adjective that you wish you were and embody it
-what i did for myself is a little bit dumb but basically i created like a character for myself which was this badass 50s housewife who wore high waisted skirts and didn’t give a fuck about thigh gaps or perfect noses and whenever i was sad i just thought about how cool she was and how if i kept on being sad i couldn’t be her so make yourself a character in your mind and do things you think they would do but make sure they love themselves so u can love urself when you’re them??? idk this probably doesn’t make sense i’m sorry
-do little non-destructive things to indulge yourself and make yourself beautiful to /your/ standards! so like take extra special care when you’re doing your makeup or getting dressed so that you feel like you look good and the person who made you look that way is you!! so you get to be proud of yourself :)
-tell other people when you’re having a good day because that way you’re reinforcing the idea that it’s okay to feel great and you’ll feel inclined to do it more often :)
